Offer only available at participating Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dealers between 1st September 2009 to 30th September 2009 or while stocks last (whichever is the earlier).



Offer applies to all new ‘rear headrest DVD systems’ which are purchased and fitted by an authorised Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dealer in Australia and is only applicable to customers with a mailing address in Australia. This offer is not available for vehicles fitted with ‘rear headrest DVD system’ as a factory option.



One ‘system’ comprises of 2 DVD headrests, so 2 units must be purchased to be eligible.



To be eligible for the JB Hi-Fi gift card, customers must complete a registration form available from authorised Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealerships and attach contract of sale and repair order invoice. There is a limit of 1 JB Hi-Fi gift card per purchase and the gift card is not redeemable for cash.



Once the information provided in the registration form has been verified, the JB Hi-Fi gift card will be mailed out via registered post. Allow up to 20 working days from verification of information in on-line registration form for delivery of the gift pack. The JB Hi-Fi gift card will be distributed as 1 card to the value of $100.



To redeem JB Hi-Fi gift cards, the recipient must visit a JB Hi-Fi store and make a purchase in store. For store locations nationally please visit http://www.jbhifi.com.au/stores/. CAPL reserves the right to verify the validity of registration forms and to disqualify (at CAPL’s absolute and unfettered discretion) any customer who tampers with the forms or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

CAPL reserves the right to request the customer to provide proof of identification and proof of residency at the nominated gift card delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the absolute and unfettered discretion of CAPL. CAPL may at its discretion also require the customer to sign documentation evidencing collection of the prize.



All registration forms become the property of CAPL. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised by the customer, each customer consents to the information they submit with their registration form being entered into a database and CAPL may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation whatsoever to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. All personal details of the customers will be stored at the office of CAPL A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the CAPL’s office in writing.



Customers consent to CAPL using the customers name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this offer (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by CAPL.



CAPL accepts no responsibility whatsoever and is not responsible for any tax or tax implications that may arise from the receiving the gift cards. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster CAPL reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the poffer.
